While looking for a game to write about I stumbled upon this game. I was somewhat taken aback by the themes portrayed in this game. It presents a multiple choice question to you and you must answer the question "correctly" to get points. The only problem is that it asks you a very opinionated question. The question gives you a scenario and asks if you feel the death penalty should be used in that situation. There is really no right answer to that question, and if you happen to be against the death penalty you just lost points. ha ha. Doesn't really make sense to me..

Hello, my name is matt and i am part of the team SHAUNDYE. My teamate/partner in crime is haldan. We are working on a game titled We Shall Rebuild. Pretty self explanatory as far as gameplay goes. You rebuild a city after a natural disaster. this game focuses on all the aspects of recovery and the governments role in it. Showing how the government is involved in natural disaster recovery qualifies us to be a part of the function category.

So we are finally back in the swing of things after a much appreciated (and very much extended) christmas break. This means picking up exactly where we left off after almost a month of forgetting where we were. There are alot of things I've forgotten about learning in this class and I've had to do alot of brushing up. Mainly we have been focusing on updating our team page and moving forward in developing our game. There is still a lot of hard work to be done.

We are almost there. We are dangerously close to completing our protype and should be filming it on friday. Its been quite a chalenge coming up with ideas for the actual gameplay in our game becuase our concept is kind of drab. Regardless, I think we have done a good job working the hand we've been delt and I'm looking forward to filming it and uploading it to our page.

So thanksgiving break is over and school has started again. Only problem is my Globaloria team mate, Halden, is on an extended break in Disney World. This leaves me to do all the work. Finally getting started in on my paper prototype. I've completed a large portion of the prototype and will hopefully be able to film my presentation withtin the next two classes. Today I finally completed my flash game. I had made one previously but it got deleted by mistake. I received help in my quest from my good friend Matticus. He showed me the ins and outs of flash coding which helped me tremendously. I hadnt had much experience with coding before today so I have great sense of accomplishment.

Today we thought about each individual screen in our game. This includes the opening screen and the other screens involved in the gameplay. We did not draw out our paper protype, but we mapped what each page was going to be. We still have a long way to go as far as the actual gameplay goes but we have alot of good ideas floating around. Hopefully our paper protype will be completed soon.

This applies to our game because we are not preparing for a natural disaster, we are recovering from one. Recovering is what really matters in a natural disaster. Yes, preparing helps, but you can never fully prepare for nature's fury. That is why recovery is essential!....key!.......PROFOUND!!! Without an efficient recovery, a region will perish in the pits of poverty. Our game shall involve federal and state government cooperating with each other financially as well as rationally. we will also involve many other orginizations and politocal systems in our game. Our game is called WE SHALL REBUILD!

We are brainstorming ideas for our game today and came up with a general outline for what we want to do. We've decided that we want to do a game pertaining to budgeting for the cleanup of a natural disaster. this would consist cleaning up the disaster area and getting the area back to its original state.
